Forage Sisters curate whole events - specializing in weddings, private parties and farm dinners - creating menus that are guided by the seasons.

From Aspen to Telluride, Ridgway and Ouray, we make authentic farm-to-table dinners sourced from the bounty of the Western Slope. And from Denver and Ft. Collins into Vail, Beaver Creek and beyond we rely on the goodness of local farms to guide our menus. We look forward to bringing our passion for food and the richness of Colorado cuisine to your special event, making it a nourishing, delicious, remarkable occasion.

We are Mirasol and Nicole. Though we are technically business partners, we are truly like sisters. Our shared love for curating events focused on food from local, Western Slope farms lead us to create Forage Sisters. We are inspired by our backgrounds of Italian and Argentinian earthen and simplistic styles of food, the spirit of Colorado, our love for sustainable living, and above all, our love for people, community and gathering.

Deer Tree Farm & Agroforest

This 18-acre farm, nestled in the North Fork Valley, is the restoration farming project of Nicole and AJ Carrillo. With beautiful gardens, heritage breed animals, alfalfa, and five-and-a-half acres of mature peach trees, Deer Tree has its vision set on a whole systems approach to farming.
