Field-to-table menus for Aspen, Telluride, Vail, Steamboat Springs, Taos and all across Colorado and
New Mexico

By creating relationships with local farms, florists, wine purveyors and small business owners we are able to source from the bountiful Western Slope. Every seasonal, locally sourced  menu is individually inspired by theme of the event. Mirasol has a background in allergy and sensitivity cooking, and Nicole has a wide range of gluten free, vegetarian and vegan recipes. Our uniquely created menus allow us to design special menus for particular eating habits. We also enjoy cooking asado-style - an Argentinian way of cooking food over an open flame. It allows us to incorporate the natural elements into the ritual of cooking. The abundance of beautiful fruits, vegetables and meats provide inspiration for menus that change frequently. Each new season brings new color to the table.
